Rookie quarterback Matthew Stafford was benched in favor of veterans Dan Orlovsky and Kellen Moore late in the game and did not play well. Stafford has now losses four straight games and is averaging just over 230 yards passing per game while throwing six interceptions. Running back Joique Bell had 115 yards rushing but also lost a fumble that led to a Viking touchdown. Defensively, the Lions allowed 27 points on seven second-half touchdowns, including a 79-yard touchdown pass from Christian Ponder to Kyle Rudolph. In their last three games, the Lions have been outscored 69-14.

The win keeps the Bengals undefeated on the season and moves them into first place in the AFC North. Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions lost to the Orlando Magic 121-97 Wednesday night. This is their third loss in a row and puts them at 2-6 on the season.

The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Dallas Cowboys, 38-35. Carson Wentz led the way with 303 yards and two touchdowns. Zach Ertz had 117 yards and a touchdown. The defense also did a good job, limiting Ezekiel Elliott to just 66 yards on 21 carries. This was much-needed win for the Eagles, who were coming off of a tough loss to the New Orleans Saints. The Lions lost their third game in a row this week, dropping their contest against the Orlando Magic 94-76. Detroit had an opportunity to take control of first place in the NFC North but they fell short. Marvin Jones led Detroit with 17 catches for 203 yards and two touchdowns but it wasn’t enough. Golden Tate was also very productive for Detroit with 11 catches for 116 yards and one touchdown.
Tennessee Titans Pick Up Victory Over Indianapolis Colts
The Tennessee Titans picked up a victory over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Running back DeMarco Murray led the way with 139 yards on 24 carries and a touchdown. The Titans defense also stepped up, holding the Colts to just 198 total yards and two interceptions. quarterback Marcus Mariota also played well, completing 20 of 29 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns. On the other side of the ball, Orlando attempted to mount a comeback in the fourth quarter but came up short, losing 89-85. Detroit lost its third game in a row as they were defeated by Utah 116-100.

Marcus Mariota led the way with 239 yards passing and two touchdowns. Derrick Henry added 129 yards and one touchdown on the ground.The Lions lost yet again, this time to Orlando 78-77. Detroit led by as many as 16 points in the first half but couldn't hold onto their lead in the end. Detroit will look to rebound when they take on Minnesota next week.
